Linq’s platform promotes iMessage, RCS, SMS and voice, with an API, CLI and sandbox for developers. That breadth can matter to a business replacing several separate communication connections. It also means the proposal should clearly identify what the team intends to use, rather than price an undefined platform.
The missing number stays missing.
We did not confirm a numeric production rate in the reviewed public pages. A direct quote is the appropriate next step. Provide a common workload to every shortlisted vendor: lines, users, new contacts, message activity, required integrations and voice usage. Older third-party price references should not fill a gap in a current proposal.
Our buying note.
Ask the technical team to review event handling and channel differences while procurement reviews commercial terms. Request the relevant security documents directly and establish their scope.
