Provider review / Sendara

Sendara review: count the second line, too.

A CRM-first platform whose extra-line rate changes a multi-line estimate.

Browse practical guides →

The short version. Evaluate the number of lines and the actual CRM connection together.

A visible commercial structure.

Sendara lists $249 monthly for the first line and $149 for each additional line. The page adds $99 one-time setup, an optional $30 custom area code and $99 monthly FaceTime calling. A team shopping for several numbers should therefore calculate the complete account cost, not multiply the first-line headline without checking the model.

What the platform advertises.

The product names HighLevel, HubSpot, Close, Salesforce and Pipedrive integrations, plus API access, webhooks and agency mode. Dedicated iMessage numbers and RCS/SMS fallback are also advertised. Ask for the feature set in the particular CRM your team uses; the list of names does not establish equivalent behavior everywhere.

Our buying note.

Request an example of a contact being reassigned while the conversation history remains useful. Clarify support ownership for both the line and connector. Published response-rate or setup-speed claims should be treated as vendor statements, not forecasts of your business results. We have not conducted a Sendara production trial.
